The facility is well-maintained and secure, with 24/7 surveillance and access codes required for entry. The staff is friendly and always available to answer any questions I have. The pricing is fair and I appreciate the flexibility in choosing my rental term. The only reason I'm not giving it a full 5 stars is because sometimes it can be a bit challenging to navigate around the storage facility due to the tight spaces.
